You will take an interview, where your interviewer will take notes and determine your next steps. If they say you didn't make it, don't feel discouraged! Ask for what you need to focus on, and come back stronger in a couple days. With the departments split, ensure when you apply, you apply to your desired department, for as when we split up way down the line, your application is your key to get a free transfer without having to fill out the proper paperwork.
